Keep My Text
Rewrites PDF structure with compressed object streams. Text remains selectable for supported PDFs when all pages are kept, though metadata and interactive behaviour should still be checked. Selecting only some pages may lose document-wide links and forms. Existing digital signatures are invalidated when rewritten.
Squeeze the Pages
Renders chosen pages and creates a new PDF containing page-sized JPEG images. Searchable text, forms, links, annotations, attachments, signatures, layers and accessibility structure are not carried across. Greyscale and stark black-and-white work in this mode. Stark black-and-white is a visual threshold, not a guarantee of a 1-bit encoded PDF.
Targets and previews
Target size is best effort. The preview compares visible pages; verify the final downloaded file before depending on it. ZIP downloads choose the smaller of the treated PDF and the original file for each successful result.
